1. Introduction

This website is operated by Data2Slide. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Data2Slide. We provide an AI-powered presentation generation service, including all information, tools, and features available from this site, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms stated here.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. About our service

Data2Slide provides:

• AI presentation generation — Upload a CSV, Excel, PDF, or screenshot and receive a fully interactive HTML slide deck in under 5 minutes
• In-browser editor — Edit data values, chart labels, KPI numbers, and visual formatting without re-generating
• Auto-save and version history — Presentations are automatically saved; the last version is always retained
• Sharing and export — Every presentation gets a unique shareable link; fully self-contained HTML downloads are available for offline use and can be opened in browser once shared.
• Templates — Platform-provided templates for common report types (sales, finance, traction)

3. Acceptable use

You may use Data2Slide only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal, harmful, or malicious activities
• Upload data or content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others
• Create presentations containing harmful, offensive, or discriminatory content
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Reverse-engineer or scrape the Service in ways that violate these Terms

4. Accounts

To use Data2Slide you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must keep your credentials secure.

Notify us immediately at support@data2slide.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

5. Subscription plans and billing

Data2Slide offers one free starter deck for new accounts, capped at 10 slides. Continued use requires a monthly subscription.

• Starter — $15/month, up to 20 slides per deck
• Pro — $29/month, up to 30 slides per deck
• Business — $79/month, up to 85 slides per deck

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

6. Service availability and modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Generation tasks rely on third-party AI infrastructure (Claude / Anthropic) and may occasionally fail due to upstream issues. Failed generations are not charged.

7. Intellectual property

Your content

• You retain all rights to the data files you upload
• You represent that you have the necessary rights to any content you submit
• We process your data solely to provide the generation service; we do not claim ownership

Generated presentations

• You own the presentations generated from your data
• Generated presentations may be used for personal or commercial purposes
• You grant us a limited license to store and serve your presentations for the purpose of providing the Service
• You are responsible for ensuring generated content complies with applicable laws

Platform

The Data2Slide platform, brand, and all original features remain the exclusive property of Data2Slide and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without prior written permission.

8. Data storage and retention

• Generated presentations — Free and Starter reports are retained for up to 7 days; Pro reports for up to 30 days; Business reports are retained while the account remains active
• Auto-save versions — Up to 10 versions retained per presentation
• Temporary processing data — Cleared within 24 hours
• Cancelled subscriptions — After the paid period ends, the account moves to Free and generated files are retained for up to 7 days
• Account deletion — All personal data and presentations deleted per our Privacy Policy

We recommend downloading important presentations as self-contained HTML files for long-term storage.

9. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific purposes. You are responsible for reviewing generated presentations before use.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DATA2SLIDE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID IN THE SIX MONTHS PRECEDING THE RELEVANT CLAIM.

10. Third-party services

Data2Slide is an independent product. We use third-party services including Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and storage), and Anthropic Claude (AI generation). We are not affiliated with, owned by, or connected to Anthropic or any other AI provider. References to AI models are for descriptive purposes only.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Data2Slide and its team from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party rights, or content you upload or generate through the Service.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we may delete your account data per our Privacy Policy.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. See our Refund Policy for applicable refunds on unused subscription time.

13. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable law. Disputes shall first be attempted through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration conducted in English.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. For significant changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. General provisions

Entire agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Data2Slide regarding the Service.

Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time.
